Deliveries are made on your selected delivery date during our regular delivery hours. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time unless it has been arranged in advance.

Please double-check the recipient's address and phone number to help ensure a smooth delivery.

If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the flowers in a safe place, at the door (if weather permits) with a neighbor, or contact the recipient if needed.

Flower substitutions may be necessary due to seasonal availability, but we'll always maintain the style, color palette, and value of your arrangement.
